How many pairs of cream jeans are too many? For me, cream jeans are the equivalent of people having different styles of their everyday blue denim. I’m not a huge wearer of blue denim, for my particular style I just don’t find them easy to style with pieces in my wardrobe. Having quiet a neutral palette, cream denim just seems to go so easily with everything, and always gives a more chic look to my outfits, where as blue denim gives a more casual feel. The only other denim apart from cream I tend to wear is black, again keeping within the neutral spectrum.
My husband saw all the cream denim lined up to shoot for this post and instantly questioned me, ‘do you really need so many of the same colour jeans?’ And obviously I said ‘yes!’ There are so many different cuts and shapes that even though they’re the same colour they give a completely different style and look to an outfit depending on the fit. So I thought I would document my collection of them to help anyone who may want some ideas for shapes and styles for their denim collection whether it be blue denim, black or whichever colour takes your fancy!

With these 5 cuts I feel like I’m covered for any type of jean combo. If there’s any of these that are your favourite then let me know which one! These styles can be applied to any kind of colour that’s more your style, for me, it’s all about the cut that caters to a specific look you want to achieve, rather than focusing just on colours, so I hope this might help any of you that want to add some different styles of cuts to your denim-drobe!
