I bet your thinking, ‘well, this is no surprise’. You all know my love for polka dots; well you’re probably more likely to know if you’re following me on Instagram. Give me anything in the print and I can guarantee you, I’ll love it, like literally anything, and I mean ANYTHING. Looking down my rail all I see is dresses, tops, trousers all covered in spots, but when I came across this absolutely beautiful Whistles number, I felt like I never actually owned that perfect ‘in every way’ polka dot piece on my rail yet…

Polka dots is one print you know you can invest in and you’re definitely  going to get your worth; a classic print that works all year round and for many years to come. You can be sure that you won’t have one of those moments where you look back and think ‘what on earth was I wearing?!’ cause it’s a true timeless print. It’s got a character about it that just gives off a very chic and classy look, and if you haven’t tried that hard to put your outfit together; it’ll still look like you have, and that’s always a yes from me!

Now, being quite tall I always find that floor length dresses still fall a little short for me, (which is a nightmare when you love long dresses!) So when this dress popped up it was like god had listened to my prayers! It’s everything you could ever want in one dress, polka dots, subtle ruffles and it fits like it’s been made just for me.

 

Versatility is definitely  at the forefront with this piece; I feel like, with a cute pair of nude or black pointed kitten heels and a cute little bag it would easily swift into an evening look; the drapey ruffle type sleeves look casj and flowy for the daytime but then also instantly look so elegant for a dressier evening look as well, as the ruffles on the split hems too.

 

Couldn’t be happier to have this dream hanging on my rail…
